The first step is to schedule a rent-to-own consultation. During your consultation, we will provide you with a custom homeownership blueprint. We will also provide you with a home shopping budget, so we can start looking for your new home.

The next step is to review the list of available homes and schedule a showing of the homes you're interested in.

If you like the home, the next step is to submit an offer to the homeowner and get the lease started.
